Hey i used to have red eared slider as a pet too...and believe me its really hard to keep these.....they need alot of space , food and care. and alot expensive to keep. u need to have a big container with water and dry area plus uv light for basking and proper temperature.

But the fact remains they r the most beautiful of the turtles
